Ok, guys here we go
. I got the info on the hotel that we set up for everyone that needed a room. This hotel is only 15 mins. away from the actual show.

So far we have 8 rooms reserved. If more are needed I will call and add the rooms. The price will be $84.15/rm. The rooms are reserved under the name Kelley Shaffer and SPOC. One person from each room will need to contact the hotel at (717)790-1520 and reserve their room on their credit card and remove the room off my credit card. If you are going to be the person contacting the hotel please contact me at
Kelley@saturnperformance.com or PM me and let me know because I will need to keep a list of rooms and people that have successfully reserved everything. This is very important to do because if it is not done, any extra room(s) will be removed and will not be reserved.
The deadline for the reservations is May 10, 2004.
