What time on Sunday. I can't really ever do anything on Sundays cuz I have to go to church in the morning and at night. If you think traffic will be THAT bad and ****, then maybe we should just go to the mall.

I'm all about just cruising if we don't do a track thing. I mean hell, thats what we mod our cars to do, right? Cruise around in and race?

I'll second Bills idea. We can surely just cruise around. Maybe we can find some delicious back roads and go for a collective roller coaster ride. And if we get rained out, we can surely find a better way to spend a friday evening than to back-track up to Arundel Mills(although Jillians IS fun, even if a wallet-rapist). There are plenty of restaurants and stuff right in Crofton that have decent grub where we could kick it for a while. Hell, I'm even friends with the managers of a couple and could land us in a private room if we want. Anyway, just a thought....

WHY isn't that supercharger available yet?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hell, my wife is a manager at TGI Fridays in Laurel. If we go there, she may be able to comp a lot or all of our food

The back roads down Governors Bridge Rd are a LOT of fun (by the Saturn of Bowie dealership). I go crusing back there often because there are no traffic lights, smooth non-bumpy (redundant? ) roads, and lots of curvies.

I'm also not big into going to Jillians. I waste too damn much money when I go. And being as how I just sunk about $6k into my motor I'm trying to save money, heh.

That's kewl, I like Fridays'. I'm pretty good friends with the manager at Italian Garden right there in Crofton as well.

I TOTALLY agree, I LOOOVE Gov. Bridge Rd(exercise EXTREME caution on that stell bridge in the rain!)!!!!! I go from Crofton to Edgewater twice a week, so I tear up that road. I am grossly addicted to the sweeping, fall-away right hand curve nearly at the end as you come up to Riva Rd. 25mph, my ass!!!! There are some really well, apexed curves on that road, it is a lot of fun to drive. Also, there are some GREAT roads up where Ray lives in N. Baltimore County. A few more piggies(no more speeding tickets please!) but there are some truly great roads up there. I still want to setup a roadrace on 83, from the city, headed north. Wow, what a great road for flat-out flyin' through the twisties!!! Hmmmmmm, maybe we could talk to guys in the BMW or Porsche clubs and see where they have their 'cruises'. You know those guys are only going down the twistiest of bits. Might be time for an email to the local PCA chapter....

DUH!!!, we could cruise Gov. Bridge Rd and maybe make a stop at Saturn of Bowie. Some of the guys there are pretty kewl and I think enough of us know them that we could get a fairly warm reception. Maybe pay a visit to ol' SaturnDan and thieve some of thei'r free starbucks blend coffee . Who knows, they may even take some pics of all the cars and post them up in the dealership, they used to do it for some lame old farts saturn gathering?

Bill took me on Gov. Bridge Road when we picked up his car...it was os much ****in fun...That was the first time in a while where I actually had to lift my seat up...and drive with two hands! I turned my radio down to listen to my tires squeal in agony. When I got home, I found out that I was riding like halfway up the sidewall of my tires (205/60/15)..FUN FUN FUN!

Yeah, it is a lot of fun. What does everyone think of just crusing back around those roads? It really is fun, and as long as we don't go super-fast, even those with stock suspensions will be okay. And there are NO cops back there

Count me in brother. Maybe you and I could go out scouting more roads since we are so close anyways. It would give me a good chance to acclimate some more to the new car too. I'm still getting used to the dramatic difference between the L and my old SL2. I know where there are couple but I'd love to find more.
