| SPOC-MD Presidental Elections Ok gang, since Ray stepped down, it's time for an election. The current positions available are President, Vice President, and PR Officer. If anyone would like to run for any of these positions, reply to this post with which position you want to run for and what you feel would make you the perfect candidate for that position. Thanks, and Good Luck!!

| Hey guys Id like to run for the president position I think I would be a good candidate because I like to keep things active.... I have organized a number of meets in the past before spoc md was around and always had a good turn out... Id like to schedule monthly meets just to touch base with everyone and whats going on in the club as well as hang out and have a good time. Id like to keep the MD chapter alive and kickin and more active now then ever.

| sorry to post again but there is no edit button just thought I would tak about some of the ideas I have for spoc-md if Im elected president....
Calandars, all events will be laid out on a calander I.E car shows ect. Monthly meets will be scheduled all over MD not just in certain areas to accomadate members from all over the state! The purpose being to touch base with all the members about whats going on in the club and just to hang out get to know eachother and have fun, Bdays of all the members will be listed on the calandar and I will have a speical lil bday card made up with an spoc-md logo with coupons or some kind of lil goody inside and that will be mailed out to everyone on their bday The calandar will be made into a downloadable version and will be featured with pics of members cars, monthly newletters possibly just a brief run down of whats going on in that month incase people cant always accsess the calandar and or forget about whats going on during that month, Id like to make a Website with member list, pics, car of the month, news, links and an email list ect. I would also like to have hats, tshirts, stickers (wih choice of color) and buisness cards made. Id really like to have MD kick it up a knotch and I think this would really help. I want my members to really feel like they are part of a club! I want it to be fun and enjoyable for everyone.

| I vote for Sarah for President. She has done great work in the past and puts a lot of effort and time into making MD a strong saturn club. She's the perfect person for this position.
I'm known as Low_4_Show & Pottle on the other Saturn forums. I would like to run for the VP position. I could aid Sarah in organizing the meets and give her input on her ideas. I also have a lot of knowledge and expirence with Saturns. I could help other fellow Saturn owners work on there car if needed, and give them insight. Vote for Mike Pottle for SPOC MD

| Welcome aboard Mike. The elections will be opened on Friday as long as other people run for the positions, and if not, the two of you are Pres and VP.

| LOL, i'll gladly help you get a SPOC-NC started. I'm still waiting to hear back from the Prez of SPOC-SE about that state though. As soon as i hear from him, i'll get you the info for SPOC-NC ASAP, and you have my word on that. Sound good?
