Default CFSC vs SPOC-FL drag racing! April 4th

is this enough advanced notice?

anyway, i've been talking with john of spoc-fl and we wanted to get the two clubs together for some friendly drag racing at funday sunday orlando speedworld. then go get something to eat afterwards, where the trophies will be given out (fastest E/T and Best R/T)

the cost to enter that track will be $25 but you'll get about 10 runs. even more if you hop in the no-times lanes.

i'll tell you more about this when more is known.

i should have my car back on the road right about then.

this is what it should be at that time
'95 sc-2
'97 motor
'92 header
some head work
lighter crank flat top valves
intake and who knows what the tail pipe will be.

it will deffinetly be fun. im also thinking about adj. timing sprockets. to help compensate for the head work.... i dunno ill talk to my machinest to see what he thinks.

but yeah gunna be fun...... just hope i have it back in time and properly broken in.

knife edge the crank while you're lightening it.

and get yourself a manula steering rack and ditch the AC. boost your numbers a little bit.

check out twistec's motor mounts if you can afford them. they're $65 bucks now! if you can't afford those, let me know. i've got some 3M body seam sealer that'll work so much better than window weild, we'll stiffen up your old mounts. i've also got a '92 header gaskey for you, i'll sell it to ya cheap. i bought it to use and then never used it. it's a fel-pro part so you know it aint ****.

realy im not lightening the crank saturn made a light weight crank for a couple of years. '97 motor has two sets of weights for each piston. there was a run of cranks for a couple of years where the cranks were weighted one weight to each piston.

I went and talked to O.B. he hooked me up with his mechanic.

i should have the money soon enough and then about a month affter that the motor will be back in hand so realy the more i think about it the more i realise i proll wont be ready to take blood till some time affter April 4th.

And as far as the motor mounts go that was one of the things i forgot to metion along with the clutch.

I will either be going with the SMS motor mounts or the twistec...... who has problems shipping them to people??

also ill be going with a stiffer clutch and prolly the underdrive pullys.

and im NOT getting rid of my a/c no way NUH UH nota chance. its FL. helllllll no. i like my a/c keeps me cool.

Oh thanx for the head gasket offer but i already have one. BUT!!! if any one has a '92 O2 sensor that i do need.

ok time to go sleep
