Do We Even Give A Damn?

i haven't been around for a while. i got a little disheartened by the fact that nobody seemed to give a damn about the club (their are some exceptions... you know who you are)

i'd like to put more effort into the club in 2004, so i want to know some things:

1: do you still give a **** about the club?
2: what do you want to do, as a club
3: what kind of benifits do you want from the club?
4: would you be willing to host meetings?
5: would you attend meetings in your area?
6: how far would you drive for a meeting?
7: what would you like to do at these meetings?
8: do you have any suggestions for the club?

i am considering, if there is enough interest breaking the club into smaller more managable and local segments, that all share a common overall name. like CFSC districs. this would keep the club activities local to you.

please, show me if there is any interest in this at all.

Dude i feel you on that. 100% and i think thats a great idea but, i personally feel the interest is lacking. That could also be b/c people around here just dont know about the club. I have noticed a huge increase in the saturn popularity between the 16 - 25 crowd so there are deffinetly people out there now. Just have to figure out how to get em. (ex-the 3-350 HP ion that they had at saturn of orlando on 17-92) that thing wasnt there for no reason. One thing i know about business and following trends is that some one with lots of money tries to spend as little as possible, therfore they will not spend it unless it's worth it.

one way would be to talk to some of the people at saturn about getting the word out like O.B. or any of those boys. Talk to the service dept. and parts dept. Spread the word as much as possible.

just my $.02 and on another note good to see floatin around the boards again and whats the word on the plastic sled?

300-350 HP? how?

if it had the turbo kit on it you will be pushin 225 or so max.

i know this club came out first, but try checkin out the SPOCFL section on the spot.

well its a 2.2 ecotech. the internals are rated for some major power. The afftermarket part makers had there hands on the cavalire and sun fire before the public did. Just like ford did with the focus. Hell it might even be 250 i dont remember it was a couple months ago but, none the less its the idea that matters.

i don't like it. and i don't want to absorbed with it.

i understand your not trying to take my members. i bet they won't go to any of your meetings either. LOL

if i get the club up and running i intend to work around SPOC's calender for members who want to be involved with both clubs.
