i'm gonna let you guys know the real reason that i started the CFSC. cheap labour. instead of paying some shop rediculous amounts to do your work, we could get a couple guys together and make it fun. the owner of the car supplies drinks and pizza or whatever.
that said i will be taking a couple days off of work to do a complete transmission replacement. this includes pulling the engine and re-installing it.
if anyone is interested in getting their hands dirty, let me know.

That was the game plan, but the car needs a little extra work and I don't want to rush Joey even though the wait is killing me . For some reason my A/C lines sit right on top of the turbo so he needs time to make a heat shield. If everything goes as planned I should be back down there next Wed. night to bring her home
wonder why the AC lines are sitting on the turbo? i know on the tape it shows them above it..oh well hopefully you get it wed. is the interior done?

LMAO. Actually about to head out and check on my interior. I'm sure Skittle knew his was going to take a while. My time frame with engine and interior should have been 3 weeks, but it's been 10 wks for the interior and going on 8 for the engine. I don't mind the engine part, that's not something to rush. the interior is a whole diff. ballgame. Oh well, guess that's how it goes
