Excluding the hybrid models, does anyone here know which Saturn model gets the best mileage with fuel?
The hybrids are a bit out of my price range unfortunately, so I am trying to find out what the best regular line is for mileage. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you all in advance |

The SL1 gets 28 city and 40 hwy.
The Ion gets 24 city and 32 hwy. These will be slightly higher with a manual transmission. The reasons are simple, small car with a small engine. Hope this helps. Quote:

Thank you Epsilon, and it certainly DOES help me a lot
While I will still have to do some additional research on my own, you gave me more to go on than I had before. Of course if anyone else has some suggestions, they are more than welcome to share them as well. |

WOW! That's even better Crosby!
Unless i'm mistaken though, wasn't the SC1 model discontinued in 2002? I have absolutely nothing against buying cars used however, so this should still be fine if I can get a good enough price. Thank you again, and I will keep you updated on my findings. |
