That's right - GM has expanded their drivetrain warranty on all '07s to 5 year/100,000 mile drivetrain warranty, and continues the 3 year/36,000 mile bumper-to bumper on most brands, a bit longer bumper-to-bumper on some premium brands (Buick, Hummer, and Cadillac, if I remember correctly). This warranty arrangement is retroactive to already purchased 2007 models (which includes ALL Saturn Sky and Auras, as well as '07 Ions, Vues, & Relays).
This is big news, and beats out most auto manufacturers, aside from a few Korean brands, whose warranties may be longer, but often have loopholes that can allow a dealer to squirm out of a repair. One more reason to buy a Saturn! |
