The longest one that fits is the best length.

Resinators are a great way to pull the high pitch tin sound out of your exhaust note, and for the most part they are cheep. I have a Thrush on mine and it works great, go to a Napa and just tell them you want a Thrush rez with 2.25" inlet and outlet, and you will be in great shape. that size pipe is perfect unless you plan on turboing your car.
Now as a rule i tend to stay away from Magnaflow, but thats just because i think they sound to much like a Honda, with the high wet fart sounding exhausts. So imo go with a OBX muffler off of Ebay or if you have the $$$ for it try Greddy or HKS. Hope i helped a little.

If a exhaust co. makes 90% of its money off of V8s, i would stay away. most of them, have a great grasp on making a good system but they dont care about our little 4 bangers. thats just there mentality. i get that all the time at work. I work a Napa and in my area there are a ton of V8 guys and they all say the same thing when they see my car. and its the same when i call one of dynomax, flowmaster, or magnaflow, asking for a turner system. "oh you want a toy car exhast then" is a normal saying in this town. thats why i said stick with a tuner co.. they have a better understaning of what WE, as tuners want.

well thats my 2 cents. good luck.
