Default new car

I’m tuning, and rebuilding my 1996 Saturn SL1. So far I have installed a Magna Flow exhaust system with a 2.25" pipe from the catalytic converter, I am about to install new Hooker 4 to 1 headers (3"od), AEM Sort ram cold air intake, and a surge chip, with that being said what ells’ can I do to increase my horse power, and torque? I plan to rebuild the engine, put a 4 piece body kit, under glow lights, spoiler, and rims. Interior, basically the whole nine yards. Any suggestions?
