Default 2007 ION suspension noise

hi , i have a 2007 ion and i love this car ,,but i have a little problem ,,,i have brought it to the dealer and they say they fixed it,,,but it still makes the same noise...when on a really cold morning ,,,when i start to drive and hit a few bumps..i will hear a crunch sound from the front suspension!...then as it warms up it disapears...the dealer says they changed the stabilizer bar bushings twice...but it still does the same damm noise!! bumper to bumper warranty is up this year...anyone ever heard this noise?...remember it's got to be really cold out...thankyou.

Swaybar bushings or end links

Sway bar bushings.
When they get changed the sway bar and the bracket need to be cleaned to be free of any rubber residue from the old bushings. Even then this may turn into a yearly routine for you.
