Default following up


I didn't wind up taking the alternator to autozone for testing. Instead, the young fellow requested that I'd change out the alternator and if the problem persisted he'd deal with it then.

Yesterday I had replaced the alternator. In doing so, I believe I found the problem. The wire connectors attaching to the alternator terminals were badly corroded. I needed to sand these down before I installed the new/rebuilt alternator.

Once replaced, the alternator while running was putting out a steady 14.25 volts.
