Angry Saturn Outlook 2009 XE - Power Steering Issues

Help please – I am going crazy dealing with my wife’s 09 Outlook XE.
Currently the Power Steering is on the blink – when car is stationary the power steering is sluggish and nonresponsive. Fluids and Seals are all in the green – I am not sure where to go from here. Any advice?
I am hoping that I will not need to replace the pump – we have already put over $5000 dollars into this car in the 18 months between complete transmission replacement, Water pump replacement, Ignition and Manifold replacement – now the power steering. Hell the only has 71,000 miles on it – my 04 Land Rover has cost me less than this and we all know about issues with British cars.

Please stop by the New Member thread and introduce yourself.
Also, could you go to the User CP at the top and fill out your signature with your name and car so we wont have to ask in future post.

On to the car:
Check the belt to make sure its not slipping.

Would have liked to know how your 2009 Saturn Outlook XE power steering issues were resolved -- but you never returned.

Oh well....another one-n-done
