Default Outlook looks impressive

After realizing that I might need more room in my vehicle, I took a look at the Saturn Outlook. It looks like the answer to my question, "Can I get a bad ass vehicle for less than $35,000?" What I like about it is it has a 6 speed automatic trans with manual shifting, all wheel drive and lots of cargo room.

Cargo room is something I need to take into account when shopping around. Not only do I have two little peeps to tote around but also all the stuff that comes with them. The price isn't too steep either, and you know thats something to consider when getting a new car. I am still poking around but this is on my list as well. Just waiting for the local dealership to get one in so I can test drive it.

Trying that hard to bring life to this forum. I'd hate to see it go down the tubes like so many others. Look around at some of the new posts they hardly get a reply from members or mods. Look at the gallery it's getting fixed up, maybe some other good things can happen to add life to this forum.

hey--- I'm digging up 5 year old posts trying to liven up the place.

Had they known what a debacle the 6T70 and 6T75 3-5-R waveplate failure was going to be, .....I guess we'll never know what they bought.

I found out what it was like in my 2008 Saturn Vue (6T70), which luckily failed 5K w/in warranty.

What I did not know was that about a year later the torque converter needs to be replaced from all the shavings they couldn't get out and there are other parts that are not meant to be used in their rebuild that GM makes their techs reuse, knowing full well that their failure rate when used in a rebuild STARTS at 30% and goes up. So the techs do this waveplate repair, and then wait for the same vehicles to come back, so they can finish the job the way it should have been done in the first place (the RIGHT way) --- with the customer footing the bill as the vehicle is almost always out of warranty by then.

Just waiting on the lawsuit. Those trannies are all across GM's line.

Why can't GM ever just admit something, address it professionally, and move on?
Maybe someone would actually start respecting them again......

Why do people have to DIE over $.50?
