Old GM didn't step up , why would New GM step up?
New GM bought only the assets of old GM -- NOT the liabilities.
----Like the ignition switch fiasco. Where people died.
----Why would they issue a recall on more "Old GM" vehicles unless forced to?

It's all about the money. Lives don't matter unless someone else says they do.
