are you just looking for a short piece of pipe that will go from 1 7/8 to 2 1/4? if so check out auto zone or advance auto or something and they have things like that. but a muffler shop should be able to take a 1 7/8 pipe and expand one end to 2 1/4.

Check summit or a local speed shop.

My local speed shop has every exhaust connector you could imagine.

the old muffler shop i use to live by gave me a piece of pipe that was 3.5" and they expanded one end to 4" that was like 6" long for free(not for exhaust). really it shouldnt be too much, less then $10, for a shop to make one for you.

it should take like 5 minutes for them to make you an adapter pipe, otherwise, stop *****ing and being cheap and get a 2.25 catback... weve all been there..
