Default 06 Ion centre stop lamp

How do I change the bulb in the housing?

In the cab attached to the ceiling and partially covering the rear window, I've pulled lightly on the housing and the rubber outer gasket to see if it comes loose or pops open, but there doesn't appear to be an obvious way.
Recommendations?

Thanks
Rob

The high mount brake light cover is held in by two clips. They are a bit more to the front of the car end of the cover than the back and in from the edges by a couple (?) of inches. Pry/pull down on one side of the cover and you may/should see the clip. If you get to nasty with the cover you will crack it at the clip area but if you can pull it down enough to see the clip (s) you shoudl be able to get a pry in there--flat screwdriver or such--to free the clips.
