Default Where is the PCM located

2005 Saturn Vue 3.5l. Automatic transmission. Traction control light and check engine light on. I read the codes. P0607. After research it appears the PCM may need reprogramming or a switch in the transmission is bad. Since light went on car has idled rough, became a bit less fuel efficient. This is the reason it points to the PCM. I want to purchase a new one and I have a mech that can guarantee to be able to program. My question is where is it physically located?
