Default saying hi and need help oil light/ ticking


Just stopped bye to say hi and try to get my 99 saturn sl sooo here we go i bought a new valve cover gasket because the previous owners never put one on it and i got the valve cover off the motor ha gunk all over it so i put new gasket on took it to advance auto they told me to put 1/3-1/2 can of sea foam n motor so i put a little less then 1/3 in an drove it about 45 minutes and changed oil and filter then i was driving and oil light and some ticking started i have to cut engine off wait a few minutes then restart my car then the light is off ticking stops but then later comes back on the first time i just figured i did gasket wrong and i was leaking oil but i checked it and the levels were fine so now im starting to think the oil pump is getting clogged ???? So whats next????
