Default 05 head 2.2 ecitech

I have an 05 Vue with a 2.2 Ecotech and my timing chain jumped and bent all the valves. I have a replacement head from an 05 vue with the same head but the head is warped. can I take the Valves out of the warped head and put them in my head or would you just shave the head of the warped head? and do I have to replace the head bolts?

You don't know what else may have been damaged (bent valve guides, E.g.).

Get the warped head machined within spec, make sure it is lubricated before you put it on, and unless the old head bolts are the reusable type ($$),, standard head bolts are single use tourque to yield TTY) so yes, you want to use new head bolts
