Default FS: Machined Taper-Bored Throttle Bodies.

First off I would like to say that I am a Professional Machinist so these throttle bodies are done with precision and accuracy.

For Sale are First Gen Throttle Bodies (with the 3 vacuum line holes) Bored On A Lathe, Not an unprecise and quick Dremel job. They are Cleaned and Taper Bored to 57mm on the front and the same on back side. I also have a what I think is a second gen throttle body (with just the 2 vacuum line holes) that I bored that same way for sale. All Throttle Bodies will come with Full Instructions on how to remove your throttle body, swap the sensors and install the new throttle body.

VACUUM LINE HOLES

ASSEMBLED FRONT

ASSEMBLED BACK

Throttle Bodies Are $50 each plus shipping with a $20 Core Charge that will be refunded to you after you install the new throttle body and send me back the old one you removed.

Also if you want a throttle body bored that I don't have I will happily bore it out for you if you ship it to me and no core charge will apply.

I'll buy the one for the 2nd gen if you're sure it'll fit my 97 sw1. I can't send you my throttle body till I throw that one on though. If you can give me a good price I would be happy to buy it, then send mine to you so you can make another.

If everyone that would like a throttle body could pop off the vacuum lines and check the hole set up and either tell me how it is set up or send me a pic i can tell you if I have a throttle body to fit your car.
Here's how to remove the lines.

HERE ARE THE VACUUM LINES ON TOP OF THE THROTTLE BODY

USE A FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVER TO POP THE CLICK OF THE MOUNT

PULL OFF THE WIGGLE AND PULL THE VACUUM LINES OUT OF THE WAY (DON'T LOSE THE GASKET!)

PULL OUT THE RUBBER GASKET AND CHECK OUT THE HOLE SETUP

Thanks For All The Help Guys!

Sir Steele, I came across this and thought you might be interested, you could buy this and then ship it to him, not leaving you with out a car.
