Default True Short Throw Shifter

I know someone here knows how to make a true short throw shifter with the pivot point moved not just the shaft cut. If anyone does, I think someone besides jeep did, can do give me a breif walkthough or description on how to do it and where to move the pivot point to. thanks.

Here ya go.
This should give you an excellent idea of how the shifter is assembled.

I, personally, didn't take these pictures and I apologize for not remembering where they came from.
I think the last one is from the instructions I just submitted.

I will do it, I will go to the junk yard next week and grab a few, work on them and then sell it to you with a shifter exchange.

How hard is the removal/install for this project? Also can you give an approximate on what you will charge for this including shipping?
