Default need a size for seat bolts...


as it says i need to what size the bolts that hold the seats in... i got one thats really rounded and want to buy a socket for stripped bolts but want to buy the right size one... once this gets dun i can fix the slider cuz my drivers seat doesn't move and i kinda need it too

i used an 8mm socket on mine.
i believe its a T40?

It's a reverse T50....I think it's e10.

Try using a grinder to cut a slot in the bolt, and then use a screwdriver.

i tried that cutting a slot in it, it only broke a screwdriver tip off and twisted another...

Force a smaller socket on the bolt. And then buy a new one.

yeah, it's an E10 socket. It's one of those male torx head bolts. I stripped one of those bolts trying to take out my drivers seat too. I don't think you can use a socket to extract stripped bolts but you can get bolt remover kits from the hardware store. You kind of drill into the existing bolt and use an extractor tool to force it out. I havn't used one of those kits but my old man says they work.
