Default Looking to upgrade on a 2002 SL2

Well I'm looking to add some horsepower and gas mileage to my 2002 SL2. Don't have a ton to spend looking to spend about $500-$1000 but more towards $500. Looking for ideas for upgrades (part, module, price). I was thinking a cold air intake and exhaust upgrade. Let me know know your ideas and brands/modules that will work for the SL2 and get me the most value or just the good part thats worth paying that little extra.

Not a moot point his reply of "E3 plugs $26-40 an Accel Spark Plugs $28-60" so others don't put this crap in a 1.9L S-car.

Talking ???

WOW, and if you go 88 mph you end up in 1985.............. i have a 95 SL1 and NGK is the best plug to go with, E3's will not give u 15 extra mpg, sorry but check your gauge a little closer next time.
